All participants are required to submit an abstract prepared as in ‘Abstract Template’ for the selection process of both oral and poster presentations. The deadline for abstract submission is October 11, 2021. The accepted abstracts will be published in the electronic congress abstract book.   

The full-length proceedings are welcomed to submit into the system before the deadline (November 1, 2021). All submitted full-length proceedings need to be prepared according to the ‘Full Paper Template’. All submitted full proceedings will be peer-reviewed by two competent reviewers. The accepted and presented full proceeding papers will be published in ICENAS'21 Conference Proceeding Book with ISBN.  

Additionally, the selected proceeding papers will be invited to be published of their extended proceeding paper versions in the conference supporting journals. 

After the conference, the attendance certificate will be sent to all corresponding authors who conducted their presentations online.
